These nuno felted scarves are made at our ranch by felting our alpaca fibers onto silk. Nuno felting, also called cobweb or laminate felt, is created by wet felting fibers permanently onto a woven material. Each scarf is unique. Inconsistencies such as thick and thin areas are all part of the process, which makes each item a wearable piece of art. Scarves measure approximately 46 inches by 5 inches.
